(1) For the first time in China, a new type of superhard material-polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) was used as the cutting tool for the drill bit. The successful PDC anchor bit filled the domestic gap.
(2) For the first time, the optimized design method was applied to the design of the anchor bit, and the optimized structural parameter combinations such as the longitudinal rake angle, the lateral rake angle, the apex angle and the diameter of the drill bit were obtained, and the shape and size of the cutting tooth and the drill bit were obtained. The structural parameters such as the length of the two wings and the outer edge of the PDC are optimized and a cost-effective way of maintaining the path is proposed.
(3) It is preferred to use a bit with a long service life and a bit body material adapted to the harsh drilling conditions, and find out the corresponding heat treatment process.
